My mom sent me a link to purchase this beautifully made Polynesian purse. She asked me to buy this for her as an early Mother’s Day gift. She loved it so much that she requested me to buy another version Polynesian purse and a poly cuff. We are currently waiting on that order now.
This is second bag i bought from Nakoa and just like the first bag, which was the messenger Crossbody, i feel like the width on the inside of the bag should be just a little bit wider. Another thing that I would recommend is that the inner open pocket should have a velcro to hold it close because when trying to place items in the bag, the items goes into the pocket instead of the main compartment. The outer open pocket in the front shouldn’t have velcro. It should be a slip pocket because the flap does cover that pocket to secure whatever you decide to put in the pocket, that pocket fits my phone perfectly. This Crossbody is designed and colors are beautiful. The quality and craftsmanship is amazing. I hope this review helps customers deciding if it’s right for them.
Altho the artwork is beautiful, i was a little disappointed. I thought the leather was going to be stamped with the design vs an ink/paint print. I also wasn't aware that just the flap is leather, & the rest is canvas. Nonetheless, because I have such love for the culture, I will use it proudly.
Good size cross body bag. Can be used daily as the canvas can be clean easily. Love the color. But, wish there were other colors as well. Shipment was fast. Love the quote as it resonates the current state I am in. Aloha and Mahalo
This handbag was a gift for my daughter, and she loved it! Perfect size, excellent craftmanship, and the design was beautiful. There was even a sweet moment when she saw the tiny writing....which described her perfectly. Will be doing more shopping in the future.
